​Talk about an eye-catching, fun, and athletic pony, here he is. Captain is a pony who is well broke to ride and drive. Amish bred and raised, here is a pony that can teach a beginner to ride then be willing to step up as the kid’s skills advance. He is a pony that accommodates his rider’s skills and is willing to move on out with little encouragement. Captain has such a good mouth, it should be qualified as power steering. He has a very sensitive mouth and doesn’t need a heavy hand to steer, but is also very forgiving to beginner riders. He would make a fun show pony and is athletic enough to do whatever a kid wants: run the barrels, jump, ride trails, or just doll around in the backyard. Most beginner ponies are kick-along, but Captain has all the “go” you want with all the “whoa” you need.
