Stallions
Whitt's Whippoorwill, Georgian Grande
Whitt is the first Georgian Grande that we've kept for use as a stallion. He is a son of Santana Hosanna (ASB) and Millwood Mercedes (Percheron). With the best of both breeds in his pedigree, Whitt's beauty, confirmation, and sound mind are no accident. Whitt has a beautiful head, long neck, good legs, and a short back. Whitt spent three years working on an Amish farm where he was trained to ride and drive. Before being "retired" to the breeding pasture, Whitt was often in a plow or other farm equipment, where he learned to be a perfect gentleman, even working beside mares with no problems.
As the sire of our 2018-2022 foals, Whitt is passing on his beauty and brains. He has put his stamp on his foals, not only in looks, but most importantly, he helps our mares produce a good natured, intelligent, and easy-to-work-with foal. Whitt has thrown a variety of colors - greys, blacks, bays, chestnuts, and even a palomino filly.

Miss Felena Degas, Georgian GrandeFelena was a well-broke registered IGGHR mare, who was the perfect all-around mare. She was a daughter of Mountainview's Look Now (a Mountainview's Oh Heavenly Day son) and Miss Jane Degas. She was a full-sister to Rueben. She is pictured above with Corrie - a full sister to Selena, Temo, and Kricket. Her foals include Ruby Rose, Guadelupe and Special (pictured below).
Miss Jane Degas - PercheronJane was the dam of Felena and Rueben and she was everything you could want in a working mare. She was intelligent - we found out she knew her name soon after we bought her, level-headed, and good to work with. Jane maintained her dapple grey color until she was in her teens and rarely ever acted like she was just "that old grey mare."
